To report a security vulnerability, email help@moa.money with “Security” in the subject line.

Common tasks

• Export your data. Go to Settings → Export my data. The file is generated when you request it and is not stored on our servers.
• Delete your account. Go to Settings → Delete account. What happens next is explained on the account deletion page.
• Correct an itemization. Open the transaction and edit its items. Your correction is saved with the transaction and improves future estimates for that merchant.
• Lock the app. In the iOS and Android apps, turn on Settings → Lock when you leave. Moa then asks for Face ID, your fingerprint or your device passcode when you return.

Availability

Moa is available in a web browser at app.moa.money. The iOS and Android apps are not yet available on the App Store or Google Play.

Current limitations

• Merchant coverage. Itemization works best for merchants whose menus are known and where you have confirmed purchases before. For other merchants, Moa may decline to make an estimate rather than show an unreliable one.
• Estimates. Items you have not confirmed are marked with ≈ and are never added up as if they were confirmed. Estimates are not receipts or accounting records.
• Not financial advice. Moa describes what you bought; it does not provide financial advice. See the Terms of Service.

Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your identity is separated from your financial data by a pseudonym before Moa analyzes it, and your name, email address and account identifiers are never sent to AI model providers.
